Have a product and production pack ready?

This is the most efficient way to work together. Ideally, you can provide:

  • a measurement chart
  • fabric or a detailed fabric specification

Through established suppliers, we can source threads, zips, hook-and-loop fasteners, bags, cartons and other trims and packaging.

    Efficient production

Automated machine functions support repeatable operations. We plan their sequence and prepare workstations for efficient changeovers between product variants.

Agility and flexibility go hand in hand with process control, clear communication and attention to agreed delivery dates.

OUR MACHINERY

Equipped for every stage.

Sewing

Lockstitch machines, 4- and 5-thread overlockers, twin-needle machines and a button-sewing machine.

Cutting

A semi-automatic cutting table, a vertical knife with an approximately 9 cm blade and a marking tool.

Finishing

A heat-transfer press, elastic and hook-and-loop cutting equipment, a label printer and a bag sealer.

WORKSHOP ORGANISATION

Everything in its place.

Sorted materials, labelled containers and organised storage. We keep things in order to make everyday work easier and help production move smoothly from one stage to the next.

QUALITY CONTROL

From the first cut. Not just the final check.

  1. 01

    Cutting and marking

    We check key measurements at the cutting stage and mark pieces to reduce mix-ups.

  2. 02

    Sewing and in-process checks

    We inspect seams and selected measurements, flagging fabric defects and production issues as early as possible.

  3. 03

    Corrections return to production

    Issues are addressed within the process before garments move to final inspection.

  4. 04

    Finished garments and packing

    Another check takes place before packing. Measurements may be sampled or checked on every piece, as agreed with you.

Based in the Lublin region of eastern Poland, we already work with international clients, including businesses from Germany. English is our main language for international cooperation.

Before we get started.

What should I bring to a production enquiry?

Ideally, a sample, patterns, technical documentation, a measurement chart and fabric or a detailed specification. Tell us your expected volumes, sizes, colourways and target delivery date.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

We do not publish a fixed MOQ. Larger, recurring batches suit our process best, but we assess every project individually.

Can you source trims and packaging?

Yes. Our established suppliers can provide items such as threads, zips, hook-and-loop fasteners, bags and cartons. We agree the scope before production.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes, including clients from Germany. We communicate primarily in English and can discuss moving your garment production to Poland.

Can you help without a complete production pack?

Yes. We can help organise production from the start, identify missing elements and agree the support needed. A ready production pack remains the most efficient starting point.

How does quality control work?

We check key measurements during cutting, mark pieces and inspect sewing as work progresses. Corrections return to production. Another check takes place before packing, with final measurement coverage agreed with you.

What products can you manufacture?

Primarily garments and textile products in light and medium-weight fabrics: everyday clothing, light workwear, coveralls, hats, bags and accessories. We are also open to children’s clothing and products for pets.
