No. Tell us what you want to create or change, who will use it and what is difficult today. We will help turn that into specific features and a workable scope.
What happens in the first conversation?+
We discuss your idea, your users and how the business works. Examples, a process description or a look at your existing system can help. Timing and budget are useful too, but you do not need a finished specification.
Can we start small?+
Yes. We can begin with one feature, an integration or an initial product release. Together, we define what it needs to do so you can use it and decide how to develop it further.
Can you work with our IT team?+
Yes. We can take responsibility for a specific area or support your team with particular skills. We agree on responsibilities, system access and ways of working at the start.
What determines the cost and timeline?+
The feature scope, integrations, available data and the condition of any existing system. Performance and security requirements also matter. Once we understand these, we can propose a scope and estimate the work.
What happens after launch?+
We can provide technical support, maintenance and continued development. We agree on responsibility for monitoring, updates and support requests, and how to plan future changes. The level of support depends on the project.
